2. Who can sell on DTN Marketplace?
Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have the following:

b. PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)
c. REGISTRATION/TIN Number (not mandatory for few categories)
d. Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)
e. Minimum of 5 unique products to sell
3. How do I sell on DTN Marketplace?
To sell on DTN Marketplace:

b. List your products under specific product categories.
c. Once an order is received, pack the product and mark it as ‘Ready to Dispatch’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer.
d. Once an order is successfully dispatched, DTN Marketplace will settle your payment within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.
4. Can I offer both products and services on DTN Marketplace?
a. Currently, you can sell both products and services on DTN Marketplace.
5. Do I need to courier my products to DTN Marketplace?
a. No, DTN Marketplace will handle shipping of your products. All you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. Our official partner is https://www.nepxpress.com/ and Upaya Delivery.
6. Who decides the price of the products?
a. As a seller, you will set the price of your products, send mail to email@example.com or send at firstname.lastname@example.org
7. Will I get charged for listing products on DTN Marketplace?
a. No. Listing of products on DTN www.dtn.org.np is absolutely free. DTN Marketplace does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell, which is listed in the annex at last of page.
8. Who takes care of the delivery of my products?
a. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch.
9. How and when will I get paid?
a. The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions. DTN Marketplace will settle your payments within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier on your Bank Account.
10. When can I start selling?
a. After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.
11. How many listings are required to start selling?
a. You are required to have a minimum of 5 listings(unique products) to start selling on DTN Marketplace.
